As many people know The World Ends with you series began back in the late 00’s when the first game was released back in 2007. The World Ends With You was initially released for the Nintendo DS before it on iOS & Android devices between ‘12-‘14. A few years ago the World Ends With You was ported for the Nintendo Switch back in ‘18. There were many people who were under the impression that The World Ends Within You game from ‘07 was never going to have a sequel. Neo: The World Ends With You is one of Square Enix’s most high profile JRPG’s of 2021. It has been confirmed that Neo: World Ends With You will appear on the PS4, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows on July 27th this year. As far as gameplay is concerned many people will be happy to know that Neo: World Ends With You will include full 3D gameplay. Also, the art style for Neo: World Ends With You looks somewhat similar to that of Persona 5 from 2016.
The setting for Neo: The World Ends With You will take placed in a modernized version of the Shibuya District; where players will be allowed to control multiple characters during combat. Players will be able to have access to at least 300 different pins to create various combinations of attacks while using their psych abilities. The storyline the game revolves around the main character Rindo Kanade and his involvement in the Reapers Game. The game sees Rindo and his clique competing against other teams in the modernized Shibuya District for survival in over the course of one week. The World Ends With You game from ‘07 was considered to be an RPG masterpiece during the Nintendo DS era of gaming. Neo: The World Ends With You looks like it has the potential to be every bit as popular as its late 00’s predecessor.
