New Xbox Console coming in 2020?

For days now it seems like there has been rumors swirling around regarding the release of another Xbox game console in 2020. As of right now the expected name for the next Xbox game system is unknown but as of right now the codename that Microsoft currently has for it is entitled “Scarlett”. Its a bit surprising to many that we are most likely going to see another Xbox console soon especially since Microsoft had just released the Xbox One X back in November 2017. One of the things that stands out the most about Microsoft’s upcoming console is the fact that it will allow players to stream video games.

It seems like producing technology that supports video game streaming has been something that Microsoft has been planning since 2017. Seeing how Microsoft’s next console will place more emphasis on streaming games it make people wonder whether or not physical discs will be utilized for whatever the company decides to release within the next few years.

Should Metroid Prime 4 be saved for a next generation console?

Ever since, last year we have been hearing a lot about Metroid Prime 4 appearing on the Nintendo Switch. In fact, Metroid Prime 4 might possibly be one of the most anticipated titles for the Nintendo Switch next to Bayonetta 3 which were both games that many people want led to hear more about at E3 2018. As much S many people want to see Metroid Prime 4 on the Nintendo Switch some argue that the game should be saved for the succeeding game system following the hybrid console. On one hand some would argue that it releasing Metroid Prime 4 on another game console following the Nintendo Switch would be ludicrous.

But on the other hand Nintendo had skipped over the N64 in order to release the original Metroid Prime game on the Nintendo GameCube. The brief hiatus that the Metroid series was on following the release of Super Metroid in 1993 in some ways added to the anticipation and popularity of the original Metroid Prime when it came out back in 2002. However, the Switch console is possibly the hottest game console that Nintendo has released in the 10’s decade period. The idea of not releasing Metroid Prime on the Nintendo Switch would simply be insane. Not to mention having Metroid Prime 4 on the Switch console is too good of a business decision for Nintendo to take a pass on.

Did Persona 2: Innocent Sin deserve an HD remake for the PS3?

When it comes down to underrated RPG’s from the PS1 that deserved a remake for either the PS3 or the PS4 Persona 2: Innocent Sin is one of the many games that comes to mind. It’s a bit of a shock that Persona 2: Innocent Sin never received an official remake seeing how popular the series is in general in countries like Japan and America. While Person 2: Innocent Sin was eventually ported to the PlayStation Portable back in 2011 many would argue that it made more sense to have it on the PlayStation 3.

The PS3 was a more popular game console back in the late 00’s and the early 10’s than the PlayStation Portable. However, around the early 10’s the Persona 4 series was very popular on the PS3 and could have easily overshadowed a Persona 2 remake. Some would argue that a remake of Persona 2 for the PS4 would be a great idea but it could easily be overshadowed by Persona 5 which is probably one of the best RPG titles of the 10’s decade. While Persona 2: Innocent Sin is an RPG classic that is worthy of an HD Remake for a console like the PS4 it seems unlikely right now that it will actually happen.
