When it comes down to classic titles from the early 90’s everyone remembers some of the X-Men titles from that time period. While X-Men: Arcade was a multiplayer beat em up title that allowed up to six players Mutant Apocalypse was a single player platform like game for the SNES. In terms which game was better really depends on who you ask. While the visuals for X-Men: Arcade were amazing the game itself was pretty simplistic yet difficult when trying to combat numerous enemies in each level. The same thing can be said for X-Men Mutant Apocalypse in terms of difficulty how the game had a more memorable sound for various different levels that involved the likes of Cyclopss, Wolverine, Psylocke, etc.
In fact, X-Men Mutant Apocalypse was a game that challenged players to use logic and strategy more than X-Men: Arcade. In fact, X-Men: Arcade May be one of the very few games that people would have lived to see on the PS1 back in the 90’s opposed to being available exclusively for the SNES. In terms of which game out of the two was better many would be more inclined to choose Mutant Apocalypse over X-Men: Arcade in general.
