As many people know one of the hottest fighting titles that is set to appear on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2019 is Dead or Alive 6. There have been many fans of the DOA set who have been waiting for the release of Dead or Alive 6 since since 2012 when Dead or Alive5 was released for the PlayStation 3 along with the Xbox 360. Despite, popular as the DOA series has been since 1996 there has been no talk on Team Ninja or Koei Tecmo bring Dead or Alive 6 to the Nintendo Switch. As a fighting title Dead or Alive 6 would really stand on the Switch console especially since there are not too many games within that could overshadow it. Aside from Dragonball FighterZ and the upcoming Super Smash Bros Ultimate game Dead or Alive 6 could really stand out as a fighting game.
However, the last time we ever saw a high profile DOA title appear on a Nintendo based console was when Dead or Alive: Dimensions appeared on the Nintendo 3DS back in 2011. As currently stands it seems like Dead or Alive 6 will not appear on the Nintendo Switch anytime soon. However, based on how successful DOA:6 following its release next year that is something that can definitely change within a year or two.
