As far as upcoming video games are concerned one of the many titles that everyone is talking about right now is Shadow of the Tomb Raider which is set to be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows on September 14th. As far as development for Shadow of the Tomb Raider is concerned it has been revealed by the developer Eidos Montréal that at least $75 to $100 million has went into this game. The visuals for Shadow of the Tomb Raider looks very impressive and the improved gaming mechanics are to die for. As far as whether or not Shadow of the Tomb Raider will surpass Rise of the Tomb Raider in sales is something that is questionable.
Ever since, Rise of the Tomb Raider was first released back in November 2015 the game has reportedly sold over 11 million copies worldwide. Also, the Tomb Raider game which was released back in 2013 had managed to sell over 8.5 million copies worldwide since its release. While Shadow of Tomb Raider can most likely top the game from 2013 it might be hard for some people see it selling more than Rise of Tomb Raider. But there is no doubt that Shadow of Tomb Raider will end up becoming one of the most popular action adventure titles of 2018 overall.
