As many people may know March 3rd, 2018 marks the one year anniversary of the Nintendo Switch. Since it’s release on this day one year ago the No Switch has managed to take the gaming world by storm gaining a lot of mainstream attention. Also, the Nintendo Switch has managed to sell over nine million units worldwide in a year which is something many people may not have expected.

Along with the being the one year anniversary of the Nintendo Switch the same thing also applies for the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild. Since its release Zelda: Breath of the Wild has received perfect to near perfect ratings from various gaming publications and has managed to sell 6.7 million units worldwide. While both the Switch console and The Legend of Zelda have been very successful during the past year many people especially the top executives from Nintendo will most like expect this trend to continue throughout 2018.
