For those who have been huge fans of the Terris series since the 80’s you will be happy to know that the first major Virtual Reality game in the series will be appearing In the near future. An exact release date for Tetris Effect has never been mentioned and we do not know too much except for the fact that it’s expected to appear sometime in the 3rd Quarter of 2018. Based on what we have seen in the reveal trailer of Tetris Effect the game feels like an exciting adventure with the inclusion of psychedelic music and outstanding visuals produced by Resonair along with Enhance, Inc.

As far as how well Tetris Effect will do in sales is something that is questionable. While the PlayStation VR is very popular and over 3 million headsets have been sold worldwide since its release in 2016 Virtual Reality gaming has yet to achieve its peak in popularity. While games such as Tetris Effect are nice attractions for the PlayStation VR its hard to say that sales for Tetris Effect will be decor whether or not they will go through the roof following its release.
