As many people know Luigi’s Mansion was very popular back in the early 00’s for the Nintendo GameCube. Since its release back in 2001 Luigi’s Mansion has managed to sell at least 2 million units worldwide and is considered to be one of the top games for the Nintendo GameCube. Despite, the amount of popularity that Luigi’s Mansion had during the early 00’s the game has never received an HD remake for the Wii people or Wii-U which is something that many believed should have happened. Not to long ago it was revealed that Luigi’s Mansion would be ported for the Nintendo 3DS sometime this year but the exact release date has never been revealed.

At this point it having Luigi’s Mansion on the Nintendo Switch opposed to the Nintendo 3DS might sound like a better idea. Ever since the Switch console became available in retail last year in March 2017 it seems like the Nintendo 3DS ended being overshadowed as a result. The Nintendo Switch has definitely attracted more mainstream attention than the Nintendo 3DS over the past year and bringing a GameCube classic to the hybrid console would be a great way to put Luigi’s Mansion back in the spotlight. However, there has been no talk of Nintendo bringing Luigi’s Mansion to the Switch console in the future so the likelihood of it happen is slim to none right now.
