When we think about RPG classics for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System games such as the Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound and Final Fantasy IV-VI comes to mind. Chrono Trigger was re-released for the Nintendo DS in the late 00’s; the Secret of Mana has recently been remade for the Nintendo Switch last year we never got see Seiken Densetsu 3 ported on a handheld game system during 00’s. Last year Seiken Densetsu 3 was ported for the Nintendo Switch in June 2017 and remained exclusively Japan following its release. However, there are some who believe that Seiken Densetsu 3 could have been ported to game systems such as the Game Boy Advance it the Nintendo DS long before it made it to the Nintendo Switch.

While having Seiken Densetsu 3 on GBA it the DS would have been awesome during the 00’s Square Enix was not necessary on great terms with Nintendo due to the fall out both companies had back in the 90’s. If Seiken Densetsu 3 was released outside of Japan during the 00’s for the GBA or the Nintendo DS it could have definitely been a big attraction in countries such as America since it was an RPG classic.
