When we think about think about all of the Dance Dance Revolution games that were released since 1998 one of the many titles in the series that many seem to forget about the DDR: Mario Mix which came out for GameCube back in 2005. Since its release back in 2005 Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix had received decent reviews from the likes of IGN and GameSpot. Even though, the dance genre of gaming is one that Mario is not seen in quite often it was an interesting game.

The plot saw both Waluigi & Bowser as the main antagonists stealing four musical keys for different reasons. The idea of having a dance off against the likes of both Waluigi and Boswer seems strange but at the same time pretty cool. The story for the DDR: Mario Mix was very creative and it’s also a bit surprising that the game never received a direct sequel for the Nintendo Wii or the Wii-U. Seeing another DDR games on the Nintendo Switch would be nice but it seems unlikely as of right now.
