For those who were fans of the original cinematic platformer title Flashback during the early 90’s you will be happy to know that a remake of the game will appear on the Nintendo Switch in the near future. The cool thing about the return of Flashback is that it’s the game’s 25th anniversary. Following its release back in the early 90’s the game had reportedly sold over 2.2 million units since its release. The Flashback game for the Nintendo Series will be developed by a French video game designer named Paul Cuisset and published by a gaming company known as Microïds.

In addition to having superior graphics this title will have new features that the original 1992 Flashback game never has. The upcoming Flashback title for the Nintendo Switch will allow players to access a rewind feature based on the level of difficulty regarding the game itself. Also, this upcoming Flashback game will include remastered soundtracks along with Post-FX graphics filters and tutorials to help players get better at it. As of right now Flashback is expected to be released for the Nintendo Switch on June 17th for $19.99. Those who were fans of Flashback in the early 90’s and currently own a Nintendo Switch may want to check this game out next month since its likely going to be one of the most popular games during June 2018.
