When it comes down to the action platform titles of the 16 bit era of gaming Super Castlevania IV was popular back in the early 90’s on the SNES. In fact, some would argue that Super Castlevania IV was one of the most popular SNES titles to never have been ported for the Game Boy Advance back in the early 00’s. While the Game Boy Advance was considered to be a 32 bit game system its questionable on whether or not it could hand some of the special features that were in included in Super Castlevania IV.

Super Castlevania IV was one of the few SNES titles of the early 90’s that utilized Mode 7 which added to the overall appeal of the game itself. However, there were hardly any SNES games that utilized Mode 7 that were ever ported for the Game Boy Advance. There were titles such as F-Zero, Super Metroid, Mega Man 7, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time and others that were never ported for Game Boy Advance back in the early 00’s. It’s very possible that the Game Boy Advance could not handle SNES games like Super Castlevania IV.
