For those who were fans of the Bayonetta series you will probably be surprised to know that the Nintendo Switch version Bayonetta 2 has sold more than the Wii U version of the game which came out in the Fall of 2014. It was reported that the Switch version of Bayonetta 2 ended up selling at close to 400,000 while the Wii U version sold less than 300,000 units worldwide.

It only makes sense that the Switch version console ends up selling more than the Wii U version of Bayonetta 2 since the console itself was more successful. It’s possible that Bayonetta 2 May end up selling 1 million units worldwide before the end of 2018 or around the beginning of 2019.
