There were so many cool X-Men titles for both the fighting and action platform genre of gaming back in the 90’s. We got a chance to see games like X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse, X-Men Children of the Atom along with X-Men Arcade. While such games have been seen on game consoles such as the SNES and the PS1 there were never really an X-Men titles for the Neo Geo.

When it came down to 2D gaming in the Neo Geo AES was arguably one of the best game consoles of the 90’s. Seeing X-Men games for the Neo Geo AES or even the Neo Geo CD would have been awesome. The problem was that the Neo Geo AES was too expensive and averaged around $600 in terms of pricing in America. The sales for X-Men games for the Neo Geo would have been low in retail but the quality for any game released for that console would have been amazing.
