When it comes down to RPG  titles of the 90’s Ogre Battle 64 Person of the Lordly Caliber is a game that is often overlooked by many people.  When Ogre Battle 64 was developed by Quest and released by Quest for the Nintendo 64 in 1999 the game itself looked very impressive.  It was rare that a role playing game like Ogre Battle 64 existed for the Nintendo 64 since most games in the RPG like Final Fantasy VII was released for the Sony PlayStation.

While some people might complain about the quality of this game others would say that a graphics highly resembled that of a Sega Saturn game or Super Mario RPG which was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System back in 1996.   The cool thing about Ogre Battle 64 includes the real time strategy gameplay and the fact that the game has multiple endings.   The idea of having different missions broken down into chapters was a nice touch that Ogre Battle 64 had as well.  Unfortunately, when this game was released it did not sell as much as people would have thought.  If Ogre Battle 64 was for the PS1 things could have been different in terms of sales since RPG titles were more popular on that console.
