It looks we are finally going to get a another Dragonball game soon but this one is very different then what DBZ fans are used to seeing. The news have appeared on multiple gaming websites that video game developer Dimps and publisher Bandi Namco will be releasing a new multiplayer online title next year entitled Dragonball: The Breakers. Unlike, past Dragonball related games which are normally within the fighting or RPG genres; the Breakers game is very different because its all about survival as it relates to evading a powerful foe known as the Raider. The premise of the game revolves around a group of people known as “Survivors” being sucked into a Temporal Seam. The main goal for players who control the survivors is to utilize power ups, weapons and artillery vehicles to fight the Raider off. The first three Raiders that will be included in Dragonball: The Breakers are Cell, Frieza and Majin Buu. There is a decent chance that more DBZ villains will be added as DLC as it relates to the Raider role later following its upcoming release in 2022. Even though, Dragonball: The Breakers is set to be released in 2022 on a date that has yet to be revealed; we do know that a closed beta version of the game will be available sometime in the near future. While Dragonball: The Breakers looks very intriguing it should be noted that the game only be available for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows.
