As far as upcoming Switch games are concerned as it relates to the remainder of this year some will probably be happy to know that Alien Isolation will finally be ported to the hybrid console in December. For those who do not know Alien Isolation was an action-adventure, survival horror stealth game that was initially released back in 2014 for multiple game consoles. Following its release Alien Isolation has appeared on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows and was a game that many people loved especially since the game felt like a sequel to the Alien movie which was released back in 1979. In fact, the setting for Alien Isolation takes place fifteen years following the events from the ’79 film where the main character Amanda Ripley searches for answers regarding the disappearance of her mother Ellen Ripley the protagonist from the movie. The game itself was critically acclaimed and praised by many for its futuristic art design. Along with the visuals Alien Isolation has many strong positives including the sci-fi atmosphere which the video game developer known as Creative Assembly was able make.

Within a year of its initial release Alien Isolation managed to reach over two million copies in sales and ended up becoming one of Sega’s more memorable titles of the 10’s decade. As it currently stands Alien Isolation is set took be ported for the Nintendo Switch in December 5th and as a survival-horror action adventure stealth title it could definitely be a huge attraction for that console. For those who were huge fans of the Alien movie from 1979 Alien Isolation is a game that is definitely worth checking out if you have not already played it by now.
