For those who enjoyed the first Little Nightmares game which came out back in 2017 you will be happy to know that the sequel has been confirmed for a multi-platform release in 2020. Similar to the original installment Little Nightmares II is set to appear on consoles such as the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows. As far as details are concerned we do know that Little Nightmares II will be developed by Tarsier Studios an indie video game company from Sweden and published by Bandi Namco Entertainment. Along with appearing on multiple game consoles Little Nightmares II will be utilizing the Unreal Engine 4. Little Nightmares II is going to be a puzzle-platform horror adventure that we still know very little about aside from the basic plot.
Based on what we know the story for the game revolves around a character named Six who must infiltrate a Signal Tower with the help of a child named Mono. As far as how successful Little Nightmares II has the potential in being is concerned its something that is debatable. The original Little Nightmares game managed to sell over one million copies worldwide since it released over two years ago. The first game was praised for its dark atmosphere and terrifying visuals which is something we are definitely going to see more of in Little Nightmares II. Hopefully, we will learn more details about Little Nightmares II as we get closer to 2020. But as it currently stands Little Nightmares II looks like it has the potential to be one of the best puzzle-platform adventure titles of 2020.
