As far as the 10’s decade concerned we have seen so many big titles within the MNORPG genre released such as Guild Wars 2, Neverwinter, Final Fantasy XIV and Star Wars: The Old Republic which many people seem to enjoy. In fact, some of the games just mentioned were released between 2010-2014 which was a time period where MMORPG’s were arguably more popular due those years opposed to right now. On of the more memorable MMORPG’s from the early 10’s was the TERA game that was released for PC back in January 2011. TERA was developed by Bluehole Studio and had multiple publishers such as En Masse Entertainment, Gameforge and NHN Corporation depending on which country it was released in. TERA was initially released in South Korea in early 2011 for Microsoft Windows before it appeared in countries such as America and Europe during the Spring of 2012.

TERA is a MMORPG game that utilized the Unreal Engine 3 and remained an attraction throughout a majority of the 10’s decade. Ever since, its initial release in ’11 TERA had approximately over 26 million players on Microsoft Windows and is still considered to be one of the most popular MMORPG’s in this current day and age. With features such as PvP and real -time battle action TERA provides players an exciting online experience which ultimately contributes to the overall replay value of the game itself. The race/class system in TERA is also very interesting especially since they determine what type of skills that players have or can eventually gain as they progress throughout the game. While TERA is considered to be somewhat old because it was released eight years ago its still a MMORPG that still holds up in 2019.
