Will Dying Light 2 have more success than its predecessor?

As far as upcoming games are concerned many people are talking about Dying Light 2 as of late. Not too long ago it has been revealed that Square Enix will be the publisher for Dying Light 2 in America and will reveal more information about the upcoming survival-horror action-adventure game at their E3 press conference on June 10th. The very first Dying Light game was developed by a video game company called Techland who will also be working on the sequel and was developed by Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment. Since its release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows back in January 2015 the game had managed to sell at least 5 million copies worldwide. The original Dying Light title was praised for its visuals thanks to the Chrome Engine 6. Also, different features such as the combat system, skill acquisition tree and parkour gameplay was praised by fans and critics alike.

Dying Light 2 will be a game that seek to expand upon the gameplay that we got in the first game. Also, based on what we Dying Light 2 might possibly be more RPG-like since there will be more emphasis on decision making as players progress throughout the game. As far as whether or not Dying Light 2 will end up surpassing its predecessor in sales is something that hard to tell relation right now especially considering the lack of details that we have about the game. However, there is no question that Dying Light 2 will definitely be a huge attraction at E3 2019 along with the fact that we will be in store for some major surprises about the game itself.
