When we think about popular multiplayer online battle arena titles to have appeared on Microsoft Windows and mobile devices within this past decade one of the many titles that instantly comes to mind games is League of Legends. For those who do not know League of Legends was developed and published by Riot Games and released back in 2009. Since its release League of Legends has been seen as one of the most popular video games of the 10’s decade especially since there has been numerous international tournaments involving the game that has been held since ’09 as well. Since its release League of Legends has never been ported to game consoles such as the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 or the Xbox One.
The idea of having League of Legends ported for the Nintendo Switch sounds cool especially since cross-platform gameplay is starting to become more popular with that console along with likes of the Xbox One. But then again, League of Legends does not need a Switch port and is better off remaining available for only Microsoft Windows and MacOS.
