When we think about some of the most popular stealth video games that has been released over the past couple years a majority of them have appeared either on the PlayStation 4 or the Xbox One. There have been huge third party games such as Dishonored 2, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, The Last of Us, Hitman and others that many people would have loved to see on the Wii-U between 2013-2016. Now would be a great time to see some more stealth games on the Nintendo Switch especially since the console is lack major titles within that genre. The likelihood of major third party stealth games from the past five years appearing on the Nintendo Switch are very slim unless certain publishers such as Square Enix and Bethesda say otherwise.
Besides games such as Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain and Dishonored 2 to seem lime games that would take a back seat to the first party games that are featured on the Switch console. Titles such as Super Mario Odessey, Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8: Deluxe and others are top sellers on the Nintendo Switch and it looks like it’s going to remain that way through most of 2019.
