As many people know WWE 2K19 developed by Yuke’s and Visual Concepts Entertainment was officially released today for the PlayStation 4 along with the Xbox One. For about a year many people have wondered whether or not 2K Sports would be able to produce better game compared to what we saw last year following the release of WWE 2K18. While last year’s game was criticized by fans for its My Career Mode people are happy to know that WWE 2K19 has brought it back with the addition to new voice over acting which breathes life into the game itself. Also, the storyline for this year’s My Career Mode is somewhat similar to last year where players start of at the indies scene instead of NXT before making it to the main roster with their respective character. The RPG elements of WWE 2K19 where players can select their responses are also better than last year’s game as well and is pretty exciting to watch as they progress throughout storyline.

Also, there are wrestling fans who were happy to see that 2K Sports brought back Showcase mode a feature that has been absent from the last two WWE 2K games. In 2K Showcase Mode players have the chance to relive Daniel Bryan’s journey throughout the WWE from his debut match against John Cena in 2003 all the way down to his historic WWE title win at Wrestlemania XXX back in 2014.

WWE 2K19 has at least 200 different wrestlers including the likes of AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Brock Lesnar, Brown Strowman, Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy and more. Also wrestlers from NXT and legends from the Attitude Era are also included in WWE 2K19 which definitely makes this game worth having if you are a long time fan pro-wrestling in general. There have been many fans and critics who have praised the amount of effort that 2K Sports have placed into making a worthy successor to WWE 2K18.
