This multiplayer beat em up will support up to three different players simultaneously as they fight off various adversaries in a medieval setting. Sword of the Guardians has three playable characters and multiple endings depending on how you complete the game.

Players can utilize command based combo attacks by using certain patterns on the Joy-Cons while playing as the Swordsman, Monk or the Dwarf.
