There are various Wii games from the late 00’s time period that were memorable and one of the many titles that comes to mind is Muramasa: The Demon Blade which was released nine years ago. For those who do not know Muramasa: The Demon Blade was developed by Vanillaware was an action-adventure 2D side-scrolling beat em up game. While there were polarizing opinions regarding the storyline of Muramasa: The Demon Blade from critics it was still a generally a fun game to play for those who were into side scrolling action adventure titles in general.

In fact, there have been some people who have been baffled on why a direct sequel to Muramasa: The Demon Blade has not yet been developed. But since it seems like we will never see a sequel to Muramasa: The Demon Blade having it on the Nintendo Switch would probably be the next best thing. While Muramasa: The Demon Blade was also ported to the PlayStation Vita back in 2013 the handheld console has not been as popular and fell below Sony’s expectations in relation to sales. Seeing how popular the Nintendo Switch currently is Muramasa: The Demon Blade would definitely stand out much on the hybrid console.
