There are so many exciting titles that we have seen appear on the Nintendo Switch so far this year and there are still more games that we are looking forward to seeing before 2019. For those who are into 2D side scrolling action role playing game you will be happy to know that Salt and Sanctuary will be ported to the Nintendo Switch and released for the hybrid console tomorrow on August 2nd. Salt and Sanctuary was developed and published by Ska Studios and released for multiple game systems such as the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and Microsoft Windows following its initial release back in March 2016.

Salt and Sanctuary has a rather interesting plot that involves a shipwrecked sailor who must explore an island where filled with horrors that the rest of the world knows nothing about. As players fight for survival they will have access to hundreds of weapons, items and spells as they progress throughout this 2D action RPG.
