There are so many upcoming games in 2019 that the world is looking forward to. Anthem is probably one of the hottest upcoming online multiplayer action role playing for next year and there is no doubt that it will be big in terms of sales on both the PlayStation 4 and The Xbox One following its release on February 22nd of next year. Despite, being available for two of the biggest game consoles in retail right now many are wondering whether or not Bioware and Electronic Arts have any plans on eventually bringing Anthem to the Nintendo Switch later on in either 2019 or 2020.

While third person action role playing shooter games tend to standout more on consoles like the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One we do not currently have too many high profile titles within that genre on the Nintendo Switch. However, we have titles such as Splatoon 2 within the third person shooter genre which is huge on the Nintendo Switch. But since Splatoon 2 is more lenient towards a child based audience along with being a first party game it only makes since for it to be very popular on the Nintendo Switch.

While Anthem is a game that would be more appealing to adult gamers it’s still a title that many people would still check out for the Nintendo Switch. However, its uncertain whether or not the Frostbite 3 Engine would work on the Nintendo Switch which can end up being one of the few reasons why Bioware might not end up porting Anthem to the hybrid console.
