As many people know the Neo Geo game systems were expensive back in the 90’s which was probably one of the main reasons why it did not sell as much in America. Shortly, after the Neo Geo MVS was released back in 1990 the console was originally priced at $649.99. When SNK releases the Neo Geo Mini it should not be nearly as expensive as the Neo Geo MVS was back in the 90’s for it to have good sales in America.

Also, things are more competitive right now than they were in the 90’s. In addition, to competing with Nintendo, Sega and Sony now SNK will also have to deal with Microsoft as well. Overall, the pricing for the Neo Geo Mini will most likely be less expensive than consoles such as the PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. If anything the price for the Neo Geo Mini will probably be slightly more than the SNES Classic and the Sega Mega Drive Mini.
