When we look back at Mega Man Wily Wars sometimes it’s hard to believe that the game was released for the Sega age opposed to the SNES. While some might argue that that graphics on Wily Wars was beautiful on the Genesis others would say that having a Mega Man game on any other console except the SNES felt different. While there is no doubt that Mega Man Wily Wars could have worked on the SNES the fact is that Capcom was mainly focusing on the MMX series from 1993 onwards.

Many people would probably agree that MegaMan X I-III was way more popular than the Wily Wars was around the mid 90’s and seemed like titles that would fit better on the SNES opposed the the Sega Genesis. However, it still would have been a treat to see Mega Man Wily Wars on the SNES back in the mid 90’s.
