When it comes down to action adventure games for the PS4 there is no doubt that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End one of the top titles that we have seen on that console. Since its release back in Spring 2016 the game has managed to sell over 8.7 million copies worldwide. Also, Uncharted 4 has managed to receive praise from various gaming publications such as IGN, Polygon, Destructiod, and EGM . Gamespot had managed to give Uncharted 4 a perfect 10 score while Giant Bomb and The Escapist gave the game a five star rating which speaks volumes on the popularity of this game.

Even though, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was a PS4 exclusive some wonder whether or not the game could have been as successful in terms of sales on the PlayStation Vita back in 2016. The PlayStation Vita is not considered to be as successful as the Nintendo 3DS or even the PSP on a commercial level. The idea of having Uncharted 4 on the PS Vita sounds like it could work in theory. Since Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was public by Sony Computer Entertainment it would be one of the few exclusive handheld console that would make people want to by the PS Vita more. Also, with Sony being the publisher for the game it seems unlikely that Uncharted 4 will ever be ported for the Nintendo Switch.
