There is no doubt that the Strider game that was released back in 1989 was one of the most popular platform titles to have been ported to the Sega Genesis back in the early 90’s. Since we got to see some cool 2D platform titles for the Sega Genesis back in the early 00’s some question whether or not the original Strider game would have worked on the Game Boy Advance.

While it’s true that the Strider series has declined in popularity since the early 90’s the original game still had a lasting appeal especially for those who played it in arcade centers. While Strider on the Game Boy Advance would have been interesting to see it may not have been quite as good as the port that we got on the 16 bit Mega Drive.
