When it comes down to mainstream fighting titles of the 10’s decade the world got to see the release of many cool games including Marvel vs Capcom 3, Tekken X Street Fighter, Injustice 1 & 2, Super Street Fighter IV, Dragonball FighterZ and more. However, there are surprisingly good fighting games such as King of Fighters XIV and Killer Instinct that have seemingly been overshadowed throughout the 10’s decade.

In terms of gameplay both King of Fighters XIV along with Killer Instinct are both solid. But far as in game soundtracks are concerned some might give the edge to Killer Instinct. It seemed like the BGM for Killer Instinct was one of the many things about the game that stood out the most. Also, the combo system in Killer Instinct was very impressive and was one of the features that contributed to the game’s appeal similar to the older games in the series.

As far as gameplay in King of Fighters XIV is concerned it was also something that was interesting especially considering the fact that players had the ability to perform three different types of Super Moves. In some ways King of Fighters XIV felt like SNK’s version of Super Street Fighter IV but as far a visuals are concerned some would argue that this game paled in comparison to the Killer Instinct game from 2013. In terms of which game was better overall depends on which series one has been a fan of in the past.
