It has recently been announced that Konami’s Super Bomberman R has reached over one million units worldwide in terms of sales. The most impressive thing about Super Bomberman R reaching over one million in sales is the fact that the game has only been released for the Nintendo Switch so far. Super Bomberman R was originally released for the Nintendo Switch back in March 2017 the same month the console itself was released.

The PS4 and the Xbox One versions of the game are yet to be released and are expected to appear worldwide in June 2018. If Super Bomberman R was this successful on the Nintendo Switch alone throughout 2017 and the first couple of months in 2018 then the game could possibly reach over 2 million before 2019.
