There is no doubt that the Final Fantasy VII Remake is one of the most anticipated games of 2018. The development of the Final Fantasy VII Remake goes all the back to 2014 and its a game that many people have wanted to see for over a decade.

In terms if whether or not Final Fantasy VII: Remake is going to sell more than Final Fantasy XV is something that is hard to predict at this time. But considering the fact that Final Fantasy VII is generally placed on the same level as Kingdom Hearts III in terms IV popularity involving upcoming RPG’s of 2018; there is a good chance that it might actually surpass FF XV in terms of sales.

After all when it comes down to Final Fantasy VII in general we are talking about the best selling RPG title for the PS1. In fact Final Fantasy VII was probably one the best selling RPG titles of the 90’s in general. Not to take anything away from Final Fantasy XV which was praised by fans and critics alike following its release back in November 2016.

Not to long ago it was reported that Final Fantasy XV as sold at least 6.5 million units worldwide and is seen by some as one of the most popular RPG titles of the 10’s decade. It will be interesting to see how well Final Fantasy VII does in terms of sales during 2018-2019 and whether or not it will be able to reach similar numbers to that of Final Fantasy XV.
