There has been talk on whether or not Nintendo would start utilizing virtual reality features in relation to gaming since 2016.  Since Sony came out with the PlayStation VR the concept of virtual reality is something that many people believed that other companies such as Nintendo and Microsoft should adopt in relation to gaming.  But as of right now it seems like Nintendo has no type of plans to bring virtual reality gameplay to the Nintendo Switch any time soon.  The idea is that while virtual reality gaming is impressive it still does not have much mainstream appeal.

Besides in terms of quality the Nintendo Switch arguably pales in quality in comparison to the PS4 and the Xbox One its currently one of the hottest consoles in electronic retails stores in various countries including America, Japan, Europe and others. Even, if Nintendo had interest in virtual reality gaming there is really no reason for the company to implement that concept at the moment for the Nintendo Switch right now.
