When it comes down to exclusive Japanese games from the 00’s one of the many titles that comes to mind is Mother 3 for the Game Boy Advance. One of the most interesting things about Mother 3 was not only the fact that the game was released exclusively in Japan but also the fact that it took at least two years to develop. Also, Mother 3 was a game that was released months before the Nintendo DS was released back in June 2006.

If Mother 3 was released back in America in 2006 for the Game Boy Advance it would have been very interesting to see since it was a game that people have wanted to see since the mid 90’s. However, the popularity of the Mother had declined since the 90’s so it’s hard to tell exactly how successful it would have been in America in the 00’s.
