It’s hard to believe that it’s been about seven years since Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten was released for the PlayStation 3. Following its release for the PlayStation 3 Disgaea 4 was eventually ported for the PS Vita in different countries such as Japan America, Europe and Australia back in 2014. Since 2014, really hasn’t been any talk about Nippon Ichi Software re-releasing Disgaea 4 on the PS4 at all.

Since 2015, there has been more focus on Disgaea 5 which was originally released for the PS4 before it was ported for the Nintendo Switch back in 2017. While Disgaea 5 is a easier RPG title for people to get their hands on people who are new to the series will never get a chance to play the game unless they buy a PS3 or a PlayStation Vita from a used game store. It would be great to have Disgaea 4 re-released for the PS4 in the future especially considering the fact that it was one of the best RPG titles of the early 10’s.
