When it comes down to multiplayer arena fighting games Power Stone 1 & 2 were two of the most popular video games of the late 90’s and early 00’s. In fact the first two Power Stone games were among a few games on the Sega Dreamcast besides Sonic Adventure 1 & 2 that many people were excited to buy since arena fighting games weren’t such a big deal during the late 90’s and early 00’s.

Looking back at things now it would have made more sense to have both Power Stone games ported for the PS2 opposed to the PSP during the mid 00’s. While the PSP started to get popular throughout the 00’s the PS2 was considered to be the best console of the 00’s in the eyes of many people. Besides having multiplayer arena fighting games like Power Stone 1 & 2 on the PS2 would have made more sense opposed to it being ported for a home based console opposed to a portable one. If anything Power Stone 1 & 2 could have been remastered for the PS3 during the late 00’s.
