One of the many games from the 00’s that does not get talked about as much is Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life.  One of the most interesting things about this game includes the story mode which was broken down into chapters.  Also, the realism the game had including watering the plants and having cow’s produce milk within a certain time period.

The ability for players to create hybrid crops was also an interesting game mechanic that some people found interesting due to how convenient it was.  There are also multiple options that players are given once the character becomes an adult as far as career choices are concerned.  Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life was definitely a huge improvement from Harvest Moon 64 and it’s also a classic that is tough to find in used game stores these days.
