As many of us know SNK has released many games for various PlayStation systems since the Neo Geo game consoles had declined.   When it comes down to SNK some of their most popular titles includes the King of Fighters series.   The latest King of Fighters games that we saw from SNK included KOF XIV which was released exclusively for the PlayStation 4.   As cool as King of Fighter XIV is for the PlayStation 4 some might argue that the game has been heavily overshadowed by the likes of Street Fighter V along with many other popular RPG titles for that console.

In terms of sales many people agree that the King of Fighter XIV could do a lot better and also deserves more than simple praise for utilizing fluid in game mechanics.  If the King of Fighters series was featured on a console such as the Nintendo Switch it would probably do better in sales then it would for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One or any other game console.  While its true that the King of Fighters series has the possibility of being overshadowed by games such as  Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild it would still have far less to compete with on the Switch console than it would on the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.

But then again since Nintendo is generally family friendly and targets mostly children having King of Fighters titles released for the Nintendo Switch may not be viewed as a good business move on the part of SNK.   Even though the Nintendo targets family friendly audiences the King of Fighters series would have far less competition in the fighting genre for the Nintendo Switch than it would for the PlayStation 4.
