It looks like we have another free-to-play open world RPG that will be coming out in the near future. Similar to how we are waiting for the release of Project Mugen many are also looking forward to Neverness to Everness. This upcoming JRPG will be available exclusively for the PlayStation 5 and will take players on a supernatural adventure in the fictional metropolis of Hethereau. The video game trailer for Neverness to Everness dropped on July 17th and there were various aspects of the game that looked very impressive to say the least. The aesthetics, voice-over acting for Neverness to Everness are top notch and it looks like an actual anime. Similar to that of Project Mugen the NTE game looks like something that appeal more to a niche audience of gamers than it would to casuals. Nevernes to Everness would probably appeal more to Japanese gamers than it would casual American gamers which is probably one of the reasons why its free to play. Neverness to Everness will be produced by Perfect World Games and Hotta Studio and the game reportedly will have multiple online game modes. The characters in Neverness to Everness look like waifus with a girl named Mint from Anomaly Control Containment Unit 2 being presented as one of the main characters. As it currently stands the official release date for Neverness to Everness has yet to be confirmed. However, we are supposed to be learning more details about Neverness to Everness in Fall 2024.
