It seems 2023 has been a good year so far in relation to video games and we still have many big release s that are yet to come this year. One of the hottest upcoming release that the world is looking forward to is Marvel’s Spider Man 2 which is set to be appear exclusively on the PlayStation 5 sometime later in 2023. But before Marvel’s Spider Man 2 is officially released it seems like Sony plans on giving the gaming community as special gift. It turns that a stand along version of Marvel’s Spider Man remastered is supposed to be released on the PlayStation 5 sometime in May 2023. For those who do not know the remastered version of Marvel’s Spider Man was only available to those who purchased the Miles Morales game that came out for the PlayStation 5 back in late 2020. If you currently own the PlayStation 4 version of Marvel’s Spider Man the option to pay $10 to upgrade to the remastered PS5 stand alone game will be available in the future. However, in order to get the upgrade you have to own the Digital Deluxe Edition or the Game of the Year editions of Marvel Spider Man 4. The reason why both special editions are a big deal is because Peter Parker’s facial redesign along with the fact that “The City That Never Sleeps” expansion includes the legendary Black Cat a name that many hardcore Marvel fans are familiar with. It has also been revealed that Marvel’s Spider Man 2 is suppose to gets its own prequel comic which is supposed to be released for the official game appears on the PlayStation 5 later in 2023. The exact release date for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is still unknown at the moment but we are expecting to see another trailer from Sony sometime within the next couple of months or so.
