It seems like Microsoft has been getting a ton of attention recently especially for all the wrong reasons as it relates to the purchase of Activision Blizzard earlier this year. While the purchase of Activision Blizzard is something that is considered to be controversial Microsoft has also been receiving positive publicity for announcements regarding upcoming video games as well. It has recently been revealed that Microsoft plans on including recent Call of Duty titles along with Overwatch and Diablo on their online Xbox game pass in the future. There many people who already know that the Xbox Game Pass costs $9.99 per month and Game Pass Ultimate is priced at $14.99 after every 30 days. The Xbox Game Pass is a wonderful thing for those who are hardcore fans of the Xbox Series X or the Xbox One because it provides players with hundreds of games to choose from after subscribing. As it currently stands early access to Overwatch 2 is expected to be available for the Xbox Game Pass sometime in October. Also, we have no clue what year Diablo IV will be released or how far in development the game is right now. But it seems like Microsoft currently has a ton of momentum going into the holiday season along with 2023 with the most recent acquisition the corporation in comparison to Sony. At the moment millions of gamers are upset with Sony for ripping them off in purchases which led to a class action suit being filed against the tech giant back July 2022. While discontent has been mounting with PS5 owners since the start of the year; Xbox Series X owners seem quite content with the Xbox Series X and the services affiliated with the Xbox Live.
