
The have been so many announcements this year so far that has caught many people by surprise. However, Sony’s announcements of the PS1 Classic was one that many people thought they were not going to hear until 2019. To celebrate the 24 year anniversary of the original PlayStation console Sony plans on releasing the PS1 Classic this upcoming December for the price of $100. Based on hat we knowing the PS1 will include 20 pre-loaded games which were very popular back in the 90’s. While many people probably which there were more games on the PS1 Classic they will be happy to know that this console will come with two controllers for multiplayer gameplay.

The PS1 Classic will include games such as Final Fantasy VII, Tekken 3, Ridge Racer Type 4 and other high profile games from the mid to late 90’s. The PS1 Classic would be a perfect Christmas gift for parents to get their children or for retro gamers who nostalgic about playing some of the most popular games that were released for the 32-Bit console 24 years ago. It will be interesting to see how well the PS1 Classic will do in sales since it will be released right before the holiday season.
