Wait comes down to video games that were on the Sega Saturn there were not too many titles that became very popular in countries such as America. Some would argue that the Sega Saturn’s lack of popularity is due to the competition that the console received from both the PS1 and the Nintendo 64 back in the 90’s. There are games like Shining Force III which came out exclusively on the Sega Saturn which never received the same amount of mainstream attention as games such as Final Fantasy VII or Final Fantasy Tactics.

If Shining Force III was released on the Sega Dreamcast back in 1998 the game could have definitely have more popular than it was during the mid to late 90’s. Even though, Dreamcast was not a console that was too big on JRPG titles not having a big game within the Shining series on that console comes as a mystery to many people who were fans of the series. But on the other hand it makes sense considering the fact the Sega was more interesting in having 3D games for the 128 bit Dreamcast consoles for the most part.
