As many people know one of the hottest fighting titles that was revealed at E3 2018 was Soul Calibur 6. Fans of the Soul see have been waiting for this game since 2012 when its prequel Soul Calibur 5 was released for the PlayStation 3 along with the Xbox 360. Even though, Soul Calibur 5 was never released for the Nintendo Wii or the Wii-U having Soul Calibur 6 on the Nintendo Switch would definitely be something that fans of the Soul series would be interested in seeing. There is no doubt that Soul Calibur 6 could work on the Nintendo Switch.

Based on what we know Soul Calibur 6 will be using the Unreal Engine 4 on both the PS4 along with the Xbox 360. The Nintendo Switch also ran the Unreal Engine 4 in some games such as Rime, Octopath Traveler and Shin Megami Tenshi. Seeing how well those games turned out there is no reason why Soul Calibur 6 would not work on the Nintendo Switch. As of right now there has not been much talk about bringing the upcoming Soul Calibur game to the hybrid console but its something that could change if Project Soul or Bandi Namco has other ideas.
