In terms of gameplay and visuals 20XX highly resembles Mega Man X for the SNES and has a unique soundtrack which adds to the appeal of the game overall. 20XX was developed by BatteryStaple Games and Fire Hose games and was originally released Microsoft Windows give people early access to the game through Steam.

Since its release on Steam 20XX has been available for both Microsoft Windows along the PlayStation 4 since August 2017. As of right now 20XX is expected to be released for the Nintendo Switch on July 10th of this year.
