As many people know Galactic Civilizations III was developed by Stardock and released for Microsoft Windows back in the Spring of 2015. Since it’s release numerous gaming publications have considered Galactic Civilizations III to be great turn based strategy game. Since it’s release Galactic Civilizations III had received the Mercenaries expansion pack back in 2016 which is one of the few things that has contributed to the overs replay value of the game itself.

As cool as Galactic Civilizations III is for Microsoft Windows some people wonder whether or not the game could work for the PS4, Xbox One or even the Nintendo Switch. While having Galactic Civilizations III on multiple game consoles sound cool in theory it would probably be a better idea to keep it as a exclusive game for Microsoft Windows. If anything making Galactic Civilizations III exclusively for Microsoft Windows is one of the many things that contributes to the appeal of the game itself.
