There were so many cool action adventure games that came out during the 00’s especially for the Game Boy Advance during the first half of the decade. There were titles such as Metroid Fusion and The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap that comes to mind when most people think about popular games on the Game Boy Advance. Zelda: The Minish has won multiple awards for being “Game of the Year” in 2005 and managed to reach over one million units in terms of sales worldwide in less than a year.

As popular as Zelda: The Minish Cap was back in 2004-2005 it felt like the Metroid series was more popular in 2002-2003. Back in 2002, not only did we get Metroid Fusion but we also got Metroid Prime for the Nintendo GameCube during the later part of that same year. While Metroid Prime was well received by critics on GameCube Metroid Fusion was arguably the best Game Boy Advance title of 2002. It’s very debatable on which game was better but some might give the slight edge to Zelda The Minish Cap overall.
