It has been recently reported that Dragonball Xenoverse 2 has sold more on the Nintendo Switch than the PS4 which is very interesting. Dragonball Xenoverse 2 has been out October 2016 and was originally released for the PS4 before it was ported for the Nintendo Switch in October 2017. But to be fair the Nintendo Switch has received a lot of mainstream attention in 2017.

It felt like more games on the Nintendo Switch had stood out especially non shooter titles. On consoles such as the PS4 or even the Xbox One Dragonball Xenoverse 2 was more prone to being overshadowed by countless other video games. The success of Dragonball Xenoverse 2 should not come as a surprise to many people but the fact that the Switch vets has surpassed the PS4 version in terms of sales despite being released a year earlier is remarkable.
